Our goal is to provide consistent, high-quality care, but we cannot guarantee specific caregivers or exact schedules due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment and Billing

Payment for services is due according to the terms outlined in your care plan agreement. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and insurance, where applicable. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring timely payments. Late payments may incur additional fees, and we reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are cleared. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel or modify scheduled services by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service. Refunds for prepaid services are issued at our discretion and may be subject to administrative fees. If Small Wonders Home Care is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative arrangements or a refund for the affected services.
